  • When will my order be delivered?

All in-stock orders are typically delivered within a week. Once the order is placed, a confirmation mail will be sent from our side. And you will receive an email once your item has been dispatched for delivery.

  • Where do you deliver to & delivery options available?

We deliver to any location within UAE, delivery options and timings may differ depending on the city. We have temperature-controlled vehicles to maintain the quality of the products & avoid any temperature variations.

 

  • How much is the delivery charge? 

Free Delivery is provided for all orders above AED 100 and AED 30 delivery fee will be charged for any orders below AED 100.

  • Can I place an order online and pick it up from your store?

Yes, an In-store pick-up option is available. While placing an order, opt for Store Pick-up. And show the purchase details at the store counter to receive your order. Only card payments are available for store-pickup.

 

  • How do I track my order?

Live tracking is currently unavailable. The order status will be informed through email.

 

  • Do you have same-day delivery/ express delivery?

No. Express delivery is not available at the moment.

 

  • What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

Log in to your account - go to ‘My Orders’. Select the products for cancellation by choosing ‘Cancel your order’ & follow the procedure to cancel an order. Your refund will be initiated as soon as our Customer Service team receives your Cancel request. We will issue a refund onto the original mode of payment which will be processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. You can also opt for a store credit option during cancellation, which will be issued as a redeemable coupon code.

Your order can be canceled any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that a delivery charge of AED 30 will be deducted from you if your revised order amount after cancellation goes below AED 100. You will receive your updated invoice via your registered email.

 

  • Can I receive a refund for return items?

Yes, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/ faulty products, excluding any service charges paid, which will be processed within a 5 to 10 business days period. Refunds will be done either through the Original Mode of Payment or as a redeemable Store Credit Coupon code.

 

  • What do I do if part of my order is missing or received damaged goods?

We kindly ask that you inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. If there are any faults or missing items, you must inform us by email or telephone as soon as possible.

In case of faulty products, any damaged item should not be thrown away. Kindly log in to your account, opt for replacement, and follow the procedure. We will inspect the issue and get back to you.

 

  • How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept payments through Cash and Master Card & Visa - debit & credit cards, we also support Apple pay & Google pay.  All payments will be processed in ‘AED’.

For cash on delivery, a service charge of AED 5 is applicable for all purchases. Payment for COD is only available for deliveries & will only be accepted in the local currency (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), as displayed during checkout. 

The service charge & COD facility is not applicable/ available for in-store pickup.

 

  • Do you charge VAT?

Yes, as per UAE law a 5% VAT will be charged on all products. Necessary details will be clearly mentioned during the purchase.

 

  • What do I do if I do not receive an order confirmation email?

Kindly check your spam or junk mail, if it is still not there, you can contact our customer service at +971 65468625 or send an email to customercare@greensintl.com and we will check the status & send the confirmation mail again.

 

  • How do I complete my order, if my payment did not go through?

Please check your bank account balance if the amount was deducted. If not, try making the payment again or you can contact our customer service at +971 65468625 or send an email to customercare@greensintl.com and we will help you solve the issue.

 

  • What is your return policy?  

Customers can return unused products within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt and in original packaging and we will be happy to offer a refund or a store credit. For more details, kindly refer to our Return policy.

 

  • Why is my order still processing?

The item ordered might not be available in our warehouse and we would be trying to get it from our supplier. Once available, we will be sending an order confirmation email.

 

  • How can I get a quotation for a bulk purchase?

You can contact our customer service at +971 65468625 or send an email to info@greensintl.com with the list of the required items & quantities, we will send you the quotation accordingly.

 

  • How can I purchase a gift card online?

Click on the gift box icon on our Homepage, next to the shopping cart icon. Select the amount you wish to purchase & proceed with payment. Only card payments are accepted for gift cards. Gift cards can be sent through Mail & Link. Select the convenient option before proceeding with the payment.
Also, gift cards are available for purchase in our store.

 

  • What are your store timings and location?

We are having a dedicated showroom in Industrial Area 15, Sharjah displaying our whole range of products.
We are open from 8.30 am to 8.00 pm, Mondays - Sundays. Fridays - 08.30 am to 12.00 noon & 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm.

  • How do I place an order for edible print?
  1. Search ‘Edible Print’
  2. Select from ‘options’ -price, size, with/ without editing, and no. of pieces. (Please go through all the options before choosing an option).
  3. Proceed with payment.
  4. Once the order is placed, send an email along with the order number to edibleprintonline@gmail.com. (With editing – jpeg format & without editing – pdf format).
  5. When the design is ready to print, a concerned person from our team will contact you.

We hold the right to cancel an order if it does not match the product purchased. Any order placed after 04:00 pm will not be available for next-day delivery.
