This ensures that cakes brown uniformly, as everything turns brown at the same time. The incorporation of ceramic particles enhances wear resistance, while the moulds' resistance to fruit acids ensures optimal heat conduction. Additionally, the silicone coating allows for easy removal of the dough and simplifies cleaning—just rinse with warm water immediately. The moulds are pre-baked at 200°C and ready for immediate use.
