Premium Gugelhupf baking mould features a smooth rim and is made of non-stick coated or enamelled sheet steel. Its excellent heat conductivity ensures optimal and even baking, so everything browns simultaneously. The use of ceramic particles enhances the mould's wear resistance, while its resistance to fruit acids and silicone coating improves heat conduction and makes it easy to remove the dough. For convenient cleaning, simply rinse with warm water immediately after use. The moulds are pre-baked at 200°C and ready for immediate use.
