The WALTER Premium Hedgehog mould is made of non-stick coated or enamelled sheet steel, providing excellent conductivity for optimal heat distribution and even baking. This ensures everything browns uniformly. WALTER baking tins are known for their superior baking properties, allowing cakes to brown evenly and thoroughly. The inclusion of ceramic particles gives these baking moulds exceptional wear resistance. They are also resistant to fruit acid and ensure optimal heat conduction. Additionally, the WALTER Premium baking moulds feature a silicone coating, which allows for easy removal of dough and simplifies cleaning—just rinse them with warm water immediately after use. These moulds are pre-baked at 200°C and are ready for immediate use.
