WALTER Premium Spring-cake moulds are made of non-stick coated or enamelled sheet steel. Their excellent conductivity ensures optimal heat distribution, enabling even baking so that everything browns simultaneously. These properties give WALTER baking tins excellent performance, ensuring cakes brown evenly and well. The inclusion of ceramic particles in the baking moulds provides particularly high wear resistance. They are also resistant to fruit acid, ensuring optimal heat conduction. Additionally, WALTER Premium baking moulds feature a silicone coating, allowing the dough to be easily removed from the mould. The coating also simplifies cleaning—just rinse with warm water immediately after use.
