Callebaut® Cocoa Butter is derived from a carefully selected blend of whole roasted cocoa beans. This 100% pure, neutral-colored, and flavorless butter serves as an excellent medium for blending fat-soluble colors, making it ideal for spray gun applications. Additionally, incorporating 1% to 8% cocoa butter into chocolate enhances its fluidity, allowing for thinner moulding and enrobing. It also improves the gloss and snap, ensuring a refined finish in confectionery creations.
