The Gingerbread Family Fèves are charming, hand-painted porcelain or ceramic figurines traditionally hidden inside a French Epiphany cake, also known as the King Cake (Galette des Rois). This centuries-old French tradition is celebrated on January 6th, marking the Epiphany, when the Three Wise Men visited baby Jesus. Whoever finds the fève in their slice is crowned king or queen for the day, making the celebration even more special.
