MARTELLATO Coloured Cocoa Butter Pearl Silver 200g

Product for the decoration of chocolate in bulk or in mold. Melt the whole content of the bottle of the cocoa butter placing the bottle in a warm water bath at a temperature not exceeding 40 degree celcius. Add the melted product directly to the product to be colored or apply with a brush to decorate the surface of the product.Do not ingest directly. The color of the product may show slight variations due the characteristics of the raw materials.May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 degree celcius. Store in a cool and dry place.It may contain traces of milk, sulphites and soy.
