DGF Royaltine Feuilletine/Crushed Biscuits 500g

Feulletine is crunchy chips suitable for chocolate fillings and pastry application. You can mix it with tempered chocolate to add a crunchy interior to bonbons, pastries and desserts. You can also sprinkle it on top of mousses, ice creams and desserts. Not recommended not to mix it into cream, dairy or liquid bases, since Feuilletine tends to absorb the moisture, and will turn soft and soggy. Storage condition: Store in a cool dry place. Away from direct sunlight. Store between 22-degree Celsius to 24-degree celsius
