The general terms and conditions: the use of this website, materials, and services therein and through it (referred to them collectively as "the website"), shall be governed by the terms and conditions (terms of use) as well as the UAE laws. Kindly, read the terms of use carefully before access to the website. your access to the website is deemed as an unconditioned agreement and binding you with compliance to the terms of use. Upon your refusal of the terms of use, kindly do not access the website. If you have any questions about these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Site, you may contact us via the Customer Service information provided on the Site.

2. Effective date and amendments: this term of use shall be applicable as of the date of publishing this condition on the website. The company has the right to amend the terms of use from time to time and shall publish any amendment on this page, and it shall not notify the visitors or customers by email or other personal contact addresses. The user shall be liable for reading the terms of use from time to time to make sure that he complied with it. Amendments shall be effective as of the date of publication on the website.

3. The content: the user shall agree to access the website and use it for trading purposes only. All pictures shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary due to product enhancements. The user will be solely responsible for knowledge and compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations related to the use of the website. Access to the website means that you accept avoiding the following:

3-3. committing crimes or encouraging others to commit any act may represent crime according to Federal Penal Code No. (3) of 1987 or resulting in any civil liability hereby UAE laws,

3-5. use the website for uploading any content that may contain any virus or programs or tools that may amend or damage or hinder the website operation.

3-6. amend or cause damage or omission of any content published on the website.

3-7. alleging that there is a relation or representation of any company or other corporation that did not authorize you with such relation or representation.

3-8. publication or transfer any spam or promotional materials or any other form of attraction.

3-9. prejudice to or publication of any material violates the intellectual property or other rights, and/ or,

3-10. collection or maintaining the personal information for others.

4. Usage termination: the company at its own discretion may terminate or suspend the usage of the website without notice for any whatever reason including failure to comply with the usage terms and conditions or any act that contradicts with the website and violate the general ethics or what the company deems as violating the law or bring harm to others. Upon termination, the user cannot access the website and the company will use all means to prevent him or her from accessing the website.

5. Intellectual property: All information included on the website including but not limited to all texts, images, and other information are preserved under UAE laws and other copyright laws and will be deemed in possession of the company and/ or used under license by the copyright holder. The company trademarks, logos, images, marks of the services used on the website all owned by the company and shall not be used without prior written consent by the company or appreciate acknowledgment.

6. The Copyrights: Copyright of the materials and the information contained on this website belong to the Company. The user may be subjected to legal liability by the laws in force if it violates any of the conditions. It is not permissible to copy, extract, publish, download, transmit or distribute in any way whatsoever except the allowed by the user to display and along with adhering to the restrictions or limits expressly authorized that relate to a specified content, download, or to print parts of the content from several pages of the website only for non-commercial use by the user. Any other use including without limitation, extracting publishing, displaying, or transmitting the content of this website is banned.

7. Delivery Acceptance & Cancellation: Once the order has been placed, Greens International Gen. Tr. LLC (defined as “we”, “our” or “us”) will provide you with a delivery time frame. We will strive to deliver your order within the window provided. Please note that this is subject to change and is for guidance only. We also require the customer to understand the following.

 

7-1. It is the customer’s (defined as “you” or “your”) responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the account & to provide the correct details for the delivery of the order. If any issues arise it is your responsibility to also inform us at the appropriate time and to make alternate delivery arrangements. Additional fees (starting from AED30) may apply to deliveries complicated by lack of adequate access.

7-2. Greens International is entitled to cancel the delivery, change the delivery fee (if applicable) or reschedule delivery in case of lack of proper information, customer not available at the collection time, or no response from the customer’s side.

7-3. Greens International is not liable for any damage or loss to goods. Greens International is not liable for any damages caused while assembling a product.

7-4. For goods being delivered by a third-party shipping agent, the shipping agent must have the original receipt(s) and thoroughly check and acknowledge the condition of all items. Greens International is not responsible for any damages incurred after goods are checked and the acceptance documents are signed. For goods being shipped to a non-UAE address, you are responsible for all shipping arrangements and providing all necessary paperwork to the shipping agent in advance. Please consult an associate for further details.

7-5. Upon receipt of goods, you or a nominated person are requested to inspect and acknowledge the condition of the goods, the complete delivery of all items. All goods must be carefully inspected, and any damage reported and noted on the delivery documents.

7-6. Any manufacturing faults must be notified to Greens International as soon as possible.

7-7. We reserve the right to cancel any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, cancel or restrict the quantities purchased per person or order. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund customers' money because of pricing errors (or for any reason). These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, or the same credit card. If we cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

7-8. Your order can be canceled any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note that a delivery charge of AED 30 will be deducted from you if your revised order amount after cancellation/ return goes below AED 100. You will receive your updated invoice via your registered email. After the cancellation/ return process is complete, payment will be refunded to the original mode of payment or issued as a redeemable store Credit Coupon code. All service charges are non-refundable. For canceled orders, paid via card payment, a processing fee will be deducted at the time of refund. The processing fee will vary depending on the order amount.

8. Delivery Charges: Delivery fees of AED 30 are charged for any purchase below AED 100 & free delivery is provided for all purchases above AED100.

9. Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or the wrong product delivered.

9-1. Products purchased online can only be returned after raising a return request on the website.

9-2. Any items whatsoever which have been provided free of charge with the relevant products must also be returned.

9-3. You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original condition. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused after the delivery.

9-4. You are expected to inspect the contents of your delivery as soon as your order arrives. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned goods if the product has been used or tampered with.

9-5. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

9-6. Products not eligible for Return:

  • Frozen & Chilled goods
  • Edibles
  • Open package, seal broken & used items.

9-7. In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we will give you a refund onto the original mode of payment, excluding any delivery charges you paid for (if any), and will be processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. You can also opt for a store credit option during your refund, which will be issued as a redeemable coupon code.

9-8. Return pickup being facilitated by our delivery team and not by a third-party courier service, the products to be returned will be collected only the next time our delivery agent is in your area. You can always return your products to our Store at your convenience during our working hours Saturdays to Thursdays from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.

10 .Quotations: Quotations are provided in case of bulk purchase or repetitive purchase. Quotations do not form a binding obligation with Greens International and are valid for 48 hours from issuance. Prices are subject to change and, therefore, should be considered as a guide. Availability of stock is not guaranteed and is subject to the current stock supply.

11 .Payment and Refund: By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processer to process your credit/ debit card details for your order.

11-1. We accept payment by, Cash and Visa, and Master Card – credit & debit card.

For cash on delivery, a service charge worth AED 15 will be charged. Payment for COD will only be available for deliveries & will be accepted in the local currency (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), as displayed during checkout. 

Cash on delivery won't be applicable for in-store pickup. A non-refundable fee of AED 10 will be charged for store pick-up purchases below AED 50.

11-2. Both cash & card payments will be processed in ‘AED’ currency only.

11-3. Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/ faulty products, excluding any delivery/ service charges paid.

11-4. Refunds will be done either through the Original Mode of Payment or as a redeemable Store Credit Coupon code.

11-5. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

12. Ownership and risk: Once payment has been received in full, the ownership of all goods will pass to you. The risk of loss, damage, or deterioration is transferred to you upon acceptance of delivery. Customers using the website who are Minor/ under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

13. Liability: Greens International shall only be liable for direct damages or losses caused to you due to a breach of any of our obligations. For clarity, Greens International shall not be responsible for any lost profits, reputation damages, consequential losses, or any other type of costs, expenses, or losses.

14. Legal Effect: If any part of these Terms and Conditions is declared illegal or becomes unenforceable, the remaining terms will not be affected and will continue to be in force.

14-1. These Terms and Conditions shall be ruled and governed by the laws of the UAE. Unless agreed otherwise in writing by Greens International and you, these Terms and Conditions precede any other Terms and Conditions.

14-2. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries following the law of UAE.

14-3. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in UAE.
