Return Process:

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or the wrong product delivered.

Products purchased online can only be returned after raising a return request on the website.

Any items whatsoever which have been provided free-of-charge with the relevant products must also be returned.

You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original condition. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused after the delivery. You are expected to inspect the contents of your delivery as soon as your order arrives. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned goods if the product has been used or tampered with. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Products not eligible for Return:

  • Promotion items

  • Frozen & Chilled goods

  • Edibles

  • Open package, seal broken & used items


In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we will give you a refund onto the original mode of payment, excluding any service charges you paid for (if any), and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. You can also opt for a store credit option during your refund, which will be issued as a redeemable coupon code. Return pickup being facilitated by our delivery team and not by a third-party courier service, the products to be returned will be collected only the next time our delivery agent is in your area. You can always return your products to our Store at your convenience during our working hours Saturdays to Thursdays from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.

The Return Process:

  1. Log in to your Account & raise a Return Request within 7 days of receipt. You will be asked to attach the Original Invoice copy and supporting product details while submitting the request.

  2. Our delivery Agent will come & collect the product once your Return request is accepted. You can also opt to drop off the products to Return at our Store.

  3. Submit the original invoice as proof and return the product in the same condition as supplied, in its original packing.

  4. Once we receive the product, our Quality Control Executives will analyze your return and issue the refund.



Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/ faulty products, excluding any service charges paid & will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Refunds will be done either through the Original Mode of Payment or as a redeemable Store Credit Coupon code.


If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by logging in to your account and clicking on ‘Cancel my Order’ from ‘My Orders’ & follow the procedure to cancel an order. Your order can be canceled any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that a delivery charge of AED 30 will be deducted from you if your revised order amount after cancellation goes below AED 100. You will receive your updated invoice via your registered email.

After the cancellation is complete, payment will be refunded to the original mode of payment or issued as a redeemable store Credit Coupon code.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside the specified time period as the order will have been Out for Delivery and can only then be canceled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
